This simply furnished yet cosy property is situated just off the N71 -Ring of Kerry route, 1.6 miles from Glenbeigh and approximately 8 miles from Killorglin. There are two outside areas with seating for entertaining or relaxing at the end of a day touring this rugged area. A wood burning stove will warm you on those chilly evenings. Nearby Glenbeigh is a small village with a selection of eateries and 3 pubs. The long strand at Rossbeigh is only 3 miles away were you can watch the sunset or perhaps catch a glimpse of paragliders. The truly stunning Ring of Kerry is yours to explore with majestic mountains, secret sandy coves, waterfalls and pretty villages.

Killorglin - 8 miles holds the world famous Puck Fair every August where the pubs open for 3 days and nights. There are plenty of restaurants, a golf club and a children's playground here also

Beautiful Carragh lake is only 5 miles away. You can hire boats and fish for salmon or trout. There is a scenic drive around the lake. Cappanaleigh Outdoor Education Centre is also located here.

Kell's Bay is 8 miles in the opposite direction, on the Ring of Kerry. It has a small beach and good rock and sea fishing. There is also a small marina here.

Cromane village is 5/6 miles away and boasts a fantastic pub/restaurant. You might need to book this in advance.
