This recently built house is one of four detached houses in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the village of Castlegregory. It has been tastefully decorated and comes well equipped. Nearby is Ireland's longest beach, stretching 12 miles from the Maharees through Castlegregory to Cloghane, a great place to walk and magnificent scenery. There is plenty of activity, including golf, fishing, most water sports and horse riding on the beach. The well renowned town of Dingle is 15 miles away and Tralee is 16 miles, which makes this a great location to explore the peninsula.

The immediate area is famous for its sandy beaches and clean water. Castlegregory Golf and Fishing Club is within a three-mile drive. In the Maharees area there is pony trekking, scuba diving, surfing, kite surfing and canoeing. Equipment and instruction are available locally.

During the summer, a variety of entertainment is available, from currach racing to the Castlegregory Pattern Day (the tradition being to eat locally made mutton pies washed down with plenty of Guinness!).

There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the village and surrounding area, offering everything from take-away to fine dining, with local seafood a specialty.

You must also check out the local and famous natterjack toad, which can be heard croaking away to its heart's content during the long summer evenings.
