The property is one of seven townhouses in the seaside resort of Kilkee, forty minutes from Ennis market town and just over 1 hour from Shannon airport. This nicely furnished house enjoys a first floor living area with a standing balcony to catch a glimpse of the sea, and is within strolling distance of the beach and a short walk into town. Kilkee is a lively spot especially in season, with its variety of pubs and restaurants, indoor splash world, five star diving centre and 18 hole golf course overlooking the Atlantic. There are great coastal ring walks, shore fishing and dolphin watching, not to mention all the attractions of the Clare coastline.
