We have arranged a special Breakdown Scheme with Bartlett & Company Ltd and travel insurance specialists P J Hayman & Company Ltd to cover clients booking through us.
INSURER
This insurance is underwritten by AGA International SA and is administered in the UK by Mondial Assistance (UK) Limited. AGA International SA is authorised by Autorite de Controle Prudential in France and authorised and subject to limited regulation by the Financial Services Authority. Details about the extent of our authorisation and regulation by the Financial Services Authority are available from us on request. Mondial Assistance (UK) Limited acts as an agent for AGA International SA with respect to the receipt of customer money, for the purpose of settling claims and handling premium refunds.
Policy Document
The policy wording gives you full details of what is and is not covered and what to do if you need to make a claim. It is very important that you read the whole of this policy before you travel and make sure the cover is suitable for you. Please make sure that you take it on holiday with you in case of an emergency. A copy of the policy wording is available on request.
Telling us about relevant facts
Before you travel you must tell us about anything that may affect your cover. If you do not tell us about something that may be relevant, your cover may be refused and we may not cover any related claims.
Cancellation rights
If your cover does not meet your requirements, please return the documentation within 14 days of receipt and your premium will be refunded in full unless you have travelled, made a claim or intend to make a claim.
Conditions and exclusions
Your policy does not cover all possible events and expenses. There are conditions and exclusions that apply to individual sections of the policy and general conditions and exclusions that apply to the whole policy.
Making a complaint
The policy contains a complaints procedure which tells you what steps you can take if you wish to make a complaint.
